The S+CARE™ Timeline
We support you through three simple, structured checkpoints.
30-Day Check — Stabilisation Phase
Your home begins settling into real-life use.
We check for:
settlement lines
minor paint touch-ups
silicone adjustments
early moisture signs
cabinet alignment
90-Day Check — Usage Phase
After everyday use, materials reveal their natural behaviour.
We check for:
hinge and runner tension
loose fittings
silicone performance
grout/tile settling
bathroom waterproofing behaviour
12–18 Month Review — Integrity Phase
A final long-term performance review.
We check for:
waterproofing integrity
carpentry stability
electrical point safety
hollow tiles
moisture behaviour over time
You don’t need to track these dates —
we’ll contact you at each stage.
What S+CARE™ Covers
We support all workmanship-related items, including:
cabinet alignment
paint corrections
silicone shrinkage
settlement cracks
loose fittings
waterproofing defects (within warranty terms)
If it’s our workmanship, we fix it — calmly and responsibly.
What S+CARE™ Doesn’t Cover
To keep everything clear and fair, these items fall outside the warranty:
scratches, stains, or impact damage
wear & tear from daily use
water damage from appliances
damage caused by third-party contractors
natural wood expansion
chemical-related discoloration
