1. DISCOVERY

2. INITIAL EVALUATION (SCE)

We assess the information provided and determine if we are the right studio for your needs.
This ensures clarity and compatibility before any commitment.

3. SITE VISIT (SVS) RM300

A structured walk-through of your space.
We discuss early design direction, feasibility, and project potential.
You’ll receive professional insights before entering the design stage.

4. DESIGN STAGE (SDP) — RM1,200 to RM3,800

Once the design fee is collected, we begin detailed design development.

This includes:

• measured drawings

• design concepts

• 2D/3D visuals

• material proposals

• refined layouts

This stage also produces a clear and accurate project cost, calculated using our structured pricing method.

5. PROPOSAL & APPROVAL (SPP)

You’ll receive the full proposal package, which outlines:

• final scope of work

• confirmed pricing

• project timeline

• terms & conditions

Once approved, your project enters the scheduling and mobilisation phase.

6. BUILD

Our team manages the renovation with disciplined supervision, weekly updates, and a structured quality-control process.
All work on-site follows the approved design package.

7. HANDOVER

We walk you through your completed space to ensure everything meets the agreed specifications.
This is the official completion of the renovation stage.

8. S+CARE™ AFTERCARE SYSTEM

Your project receives dedicated aftercare through our S+CARE™ programme:

• 30-day check

• 90-day check

• 12–18 month warranty review

Why These Fees Exist

Both the RM300 Site Visit and the Design Fee support one purpose:

to ensure your renovation begins with clarity, accuracy, and long-term stability.

The Site Visit fee covers:

• dedicated time on-site

• founder-led evaluation

• early design insights

• feasibility checks

• measurement and technical notes

This stage prevents costly mistakes and scope confusion later.

The Design Fee covers:

• measured drawings

• concept development

• 2D/3D visuals

• material selections

• layout optimisation

• accurate project costing using our SMS method

This ensures every decision is intentional before construction begins.
